GFX Anime

During my early focus on graphic design, I discovered a Facebook group called GFX Indonesia. There, I encountered a distinctive design style that primarily featured anime characters combined with visually appealing text elements (you can search for "gfx" on Pinterest to see examples). This style had various sub-categories within it. I was immediately drawn to this design aesthetic and began learning how to create GFX designs myself.

Growth and Recognition

I became quite proficient at creating these designs. In the Facebook group, members would share their GFX creations, and I started posting mine as well. To my delight, my designs received significant positive attention - nearly every post garnered numerous likes, comments, and shares. This reception motivated me to continue learning and creating new designs. Perhaps my previous design experience made it easier to transition to this particular style.

Moving Forward

After some time, I gradually stopped creating these designs. This may have been due to increasing commitments elsewhere, feeling I had sufficiently explored this design style, or perhaps because I wasn't generating tangible outcomes from these efforts. The primary reason was likely my shifting interests - I began focusing less on graphic design and more on programming. Nevertheless, I still appreciate this design aesthetic and occasionally see new creations from members of that Facebook group appearing in my feed.
